Scott Kelly has been found!**
The man who went viral on TikTok for having his resume reviewed at a recent Jonas Brothers concert sat down with the band on Thursday’s *The Tonight Show*. And as it turns out, he’d never even heard of the “Lovebug” singers before the incident. **
In the clip, a fan attending the band’s gig in Buffalo, N.Y., on Nov. 9 can be seen zooming in on a man scrolling through Kelly’s resume on his phone. “Scott Kelly your resume was being reviewed at a Jonas Brothers concert tonight,” the video read. “Good luck.” **
So, *Tonight Show *host Jimmy Fallon and his team set out to find Kelly and introduce him to Kevin, Nick, and Joe Jonas. “We wanted to help. So I’m not kidding, we did some digging… the real Scott Kelly is here,” Fallon said. “Everyone please welcome Scott Kelly. We found him!”

Kelly was then welcomed on stage before being asked to share what his experience has been like on the opposite end of the viral moment. **
“It’s been an interesting week,” Kelly began. “So, Monday, I’m sitting in class for an MBA program I’m going through, and my buddy hits me up and says, ‘Hey dude, you’re going famous on TikTok.’” **
The reveal took Kelly by surprise because he doesn’t even have the app. **
“He sends me this blurry screenshot and is like, ‘Is this your resume?’ I’m like, ‘No, it’s not my resume!’” he declared. However, he said, “Over the next 24 hours, everything I have starts blowing up with messages, so I actually download TikTok, go look at the original video, and go, ‘Yeah, that’s me.’”

Kelly noted that the man scrolling through his resume at the gig, named Brandon Bieron, actually reached out to him on Veterans Day. **
“It was surprising because I get this random message I don’t recognize and I go to open it up and actually had him saved in my contacts,” he said. “Turns out, he and I were in the same infantry battalion in the U.S. Army back in 2004 up at Fort Drum.”**
Kelly explained that Bieron went on to work with the 75th Ranger Regiment while he joined Special Forces. “And now we find out we’re both in Upstate New York working on the civilian side,” he said. “It’s a small world.”**
He also clarified that despite Bieron scanning his resume, he hadn’t actually applied for any job listings. “[Bieron’s] been very successful in his post-military career,” he said. “He’s the president of a company out there called Reimer — they do home services in the Buffalo area and he’s always looking to bring on veteran talent.”**
Kelly acknowledged that “the transition from being in the military to being civilian can be very challenging,” and that Bieron specifically “goes out of his way to hire veteran talent in the area for his company.” **
While he wasn’t looking for a new job, Kelly said that he and Bieron are “going to link up” in the future, adding that the president of Reimer will be making an appearance on a national security podcast that Kelly hosts called *At the Water’s Edge*. **
“We’re going to be talking about how the veteran community can do more to help each other when we transition out of service,” he added. “Because it’s a rough ride for most of us.”
Fallon also took a moment to confirm that Kelly and the Jonases had never met before this. “Can I share a real thing?” Kelly asked the band. “I had never heard of you before this. My wife had to tell me!”**
The brothers didn’t appear offended by his confession and instead burst into laughter. “I didn’t have Disney Channel growing up!” Kelly exclaimed in his defense. “I didn’t know!”**
“It’s okay,” Kevin said. To which Kelly responded, “Hey, I’m a huge fan now. Huge fanboy. Love you guys.”

“We love you, Scott Kelly!” Joe replied, with Nick following up, “Scott Kelly for the win!”**
Even before meeting Kelly, the brothers — as well as a host of brands — were vouching for his character in the comments section of the original TikTok video. “Scott Kelly’s work ethic and critical thinking inspired me to write the line ‘red dress,’” Nick commented, referencing his iconic line in the band’s song, “S.O.S.”
