Kevin Spacey is facing three more sexual assault cases in London.

The BBC reports that the embattled actor has been sued by three men who allege that Spacey assaulted them between the years 2000 and 2013.

One man, referred to only as "LNP," claims Spacey "deliberately assaulted" him on about 12 occasions between 2000 and 2005.

Another, referred to as "GHI," says he met the Oscar-winner through a theater workshop at the Old Vic, where Spacey was the artistic director from 2004 to 2013, and claims he "suffered psychiatric damage and financial loss" after Spacey allegedly assaulted him in 2008. GHI originally sued Spacey in 2022, but his case was paused when Spacey faced criminal charges.

The third man, Ruari Cannon, waived his right to anonymity and alleges that Spacey groped him at a party at the Old Vic after his performance in *Sweet Bird of Youth* in 2013.

Cannon previously spoke about the incident in Channel 4's 2024 documentary, *Spacey Unmasked.* Spacey said Cannon's allegation was "ridiculous and it never happened."

The three civil claims will be tried at the High Court in London in October 2026, suggested by a judge during a hearing on Wednesday. The claims can either be heard in a single trial or three consecutive trials for each case.

Spacey was previously accused of sexual misconduct by over a dozen men, and faced two trials — one brought by four men in London in 2023, which rendered a not guilty verdict, and one brought by actor Anthony Rapp in 2022, which resulted in a not liable verdict.

Rapp accused Spacey of molesting him in 1986 when he was underage at 14, and Spacey was 26. Spacey came out as gay amid the original 2017 accusation by Rapp.

The actor has repeatedly denied wrongdoing in all cases and has also quietly returned to acting. In May, he received a lifetime achievement award for "excellence in film and television" at the Better World Fund's gala dinner during the Cannes Film Festival.

"It's very nice to be back," Spacey said during his acceptance speech. "I'm glad to be working, I'll tell you that."

He also gave a nod to his "friend" Elton John. "I'm still standing," he said, before he walked from the stage to sit down.**
